Level I Reiki course introduces the student to the system of Reiki, teach the student about the underlying principles that guide all aspects of the system. Students will practice grounding meditations, will learn about Japanese energetic centers, the history of the system of Reiki, how to conduct a self-treatment, tools for cultivating your capacity to connect to the energy of Reiki, and how to offer hands on healing treatments to family and friends.
